The 13Core Commandments
1. Any work that is above content and media editing is completed on a staging server first to ensure no conflicts.
2, We must have file access to do anything above content and media editing.
3. All work is reviewed on the staging site and approved by the client before adding it to the live site to ensure client happiness.
4. We never launch any site changes other than content changes on Fridays.
5. We will always try go give you and do our best to hold to timeline expectations. We realize that sometimes things just happen and we do our best to notify our clients when any expectations are not met before the deadline comes.
6. We respect our clients time and require our clients to respect ours. Our typical office hours are 7:30am to 4:30pm Central Monday through Friday. We do monitor all of our websites for uptime in the event they go down during the evenings, weekends, or holidays. Any work that is requested outside of normal office hours that are not a site down emergency can incur an emergency work surcharge. We use Zoom for our client calls and always try to schedule dedicated time to discuss your website.
7. We strive to always be professional and do quality work. Sometimes that will take longer than expected.
8. We have a strict 4 hour maximum turn around time for a first response for any client emails. Small requests are typically completed within 24 hours. Larger or complex requests are always quoted out with a projected end date. We do typically over estimate a small amount on the time to include the “what ifs” as when you start throwing around the words like “simple” and “easy” that is when Murphy’s Law comes in and messes up your entire day.
9. All of our quotes contain working on a staging instance of your site, quality assurance, project management (admin) time, and developer time. This way there are no surprises when invoiced.
